You don’t have to figure this out alone

Support for anxiety, grief, relationships, and the moments life asks more of you than you feel ready for

Therapy should feel like a genuine, meaningful conversation — not something scripted or clinical. I bring a grounded, evidence-based approach that keeps the work both effective and easy to settle into, whether you're navigating something recent or a challenge you've carried for years. Using a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach, we'll slow down enough to notice what's actually happening in your body and mind when anxiety spikes, a memory surfaces, or grief hits hard — not just the story on the surface, but what's underneath it. Once you can see the pattern clearly, it starts to lose some of its grip. From there, we work on building a felt sense of safety, so you can be present in your life again instead of constantly managing symptoms.

About Me

Sarah Stewart, LPC, left London's gray skies for the Arizona desert to pursue her passion for behavioral health, and now practices in Tucson as a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She brings over 25 years of experience across education, youth work, community mental health, and private practice counseling, holding degrees from the U.K. and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her true passion lies in the therapy process itself: she works collaboratively with each client so they feel lighter, more grounded, and more in control of their lives. Sarah loves working with teens and adults, individuals and couples alike — and when she's driving alone, she loves to sing loudly with the music blaring.
